Rebirth of heroes always better when you reached maximum level of heroes or using 5*s heroes against 6*.

Change in growth rate after every rebirth, so make sure to get base hero 90 level or higher to get best possible growth rate.

As nowdays rebirth is much more important nowdays to awaken your hero, because of people getting so many 6* heroes in free rebirths of your team will definitely gonna make a difference, here is some tips which may help you.
Two ways to achieve perfect rebirth on a six star hero; The first number represents your main hero with the growth rate starting at 64. Always consume a hero at level 90, except in the second example, the last hero can be level 60. Either method requires 8 heroes total; one method reaches initially higher growth levels faster but uses more total gold coins, the other method takes longer but cost less gold.
Four pairs of heroes:
64+19(64x.30)=83
64+19(64x.30)=83
64+19(64x.30)=83
64+19(64x.30)=83
Reduce to two pairs:
83+24(83x.30)=107
83+24(83x.30)=107
Reduce to one main hero:
107+32(107x.30)=139
(This is the original method, costs 130gc)

One main hero, rebirth 3 times:
64+19(64x.30)=83 (first rebirth)
83+19(64x.30)=102 (second rebirth)
102+19(64x.30)=121 (third rebirth)
Then consume 4 more heroes (3@90,1@60):
121+5=126 (max points given for level 90 using new method after hero is already rebirthed 3 times)
126+5=131
131+5=136
136+3=139 (**this last rebirth will only need a level 60 consumed)
(This new method will get you to level 121 faster, but cost a total of 280gc, and use less experience on the final rebirth)
